To request a reservation, simply fill out the Book Now form. Once we receive your details and approve your event, we will send you an invoice for a $75 non-refundable retainer to hold your package and secure your date (this does count towards the total rental fee).  You will also be required to sign the rental agreement/waiver. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your event.

All rentals are for up to 4 hours of playtime. Set up and breakdown time is included in the package fee and not calculated into the playtime. For each additional hour, we charge $75 per hour. No payment processing or paperwork on the day of the event. 

Delivery fee will be based on event location.

We can set up both indoor and outdoor based on the weather conditions, ground conditions (dry/drained/level).  We can customize and offer recommendations based on your specific venue or space. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, we will need an alternative indoor setup option or we will need to reschedule your event. Once the equipment is set up, we will not be able to provide a refund.

We will not be able to set up outdoors if there is a chance of heavy wind (15+ mph), rain, thunder or lightning. 

WARM WEATHER MONTHS FOR SOFTPLAY/PARTY BUBBLE: For safety, all outdoor set ups during warm weather months will require shade. We will not set up outdoors in 90+ degree weather. Indoors is highly recommended during these months. 

***Soft Play equipment may not be rented if your party will have water activities such as swimming, sprinklers, water guns, water slides, etc*** 

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured and can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance if needed.

If your venue requires a COI with additional insurer, there will be a $25 fee. Client is responsible for coordinating this beforehand with the venue.

We clean and sanitize every piece of equipment before and after each use. 

Friday – Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm.

Office hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. 


We promise to respond to your reservation requests or inquiries within 48 hours. We accommodate reservation times and dates based on the availability of each package.

We understand life happens. Please notify us as at least 7 days prior to the event and we will grant you a refund (minus retainer). If cancellation is less than 7 days, you will forfeit your opportunity to reschedule. Once the equipment is set up, we will not be able to provide a refund.
